Amin Muhammad Virani is a seasoned Finance professional with extensive experience of 25 years in the banking sector in Pakistan and the Middle East. His career includes significant roles at JS Bank Limited & United Bank Limited Pakistan, Union National Bank UAE, Bank Muscat KSA, Mashreq Bank UAE, Allied Bank Limited Pakistan, and Credit Agricole Indosuez Pakistan branches, where he worked in senior Finance roles responsible for overall management of the Finance Function. Before that, he worked with PwC Pakistan and Singapore in Assurance Services.
Amin currently manages the Finance Function at OHB, primarily responsible for Budgeting, Management, Financial and Regulatory reporting, as well as the payment function.
Amin’s professional qualification includes a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and also a Cost and Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants Pakistan. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Karachi.
