Yousuf is renowned for his strategic leadership and expertise in driving transformational HR initiatives that align with the Bank’s overarching strategic goals. His professional acumen encompasses Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Digitalization, Performance Management, and Organizational Development. In his current role at Oman Housing Bank, he is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive Human Capital strategies. These initiatives aim to attract top-tier talent, cultivate a performance-driven culture, and enhance employee engagement through innovative HR digitalization and cultural transformation efforts.
Before his tenure at Oman Housing Bank, Yousuf held senior HR leadership positions across the Banking and Oil & Gas industries. His career is marked by successful leadership in HR Digital Transformation, Total Rewards Management, Organizational Development, and Talent Acquisition.
Yousuf holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde in the United Kingdom. He is also a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management in the United States and a certified Psychometric Assessor for Thomas and Psytech International solutions.
