To promote and reinforce ethical conduct, the Whistleblowing Policy ensures that customers, employees, shareholders, and stakeholders can trust the Bank to consistently adhere to the highest ethical behaviors in all banking activities.

This Policy provides clear procedures for reporting misconduct, guaranteeing confidentiality, and outlining the actions to be taken when misconduct or illegal behavior is reported. Purpose

The purpose of the Whistleblowing Policy is to create a secure and transparent environment where customers, employees, Board Directors, and third parties can report any concerns related to misconduct, unethical behaviors, or violations of the Bank`s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. The policy is designed to protect the integrity of OHB`s operations and financial reporting by encouraging the timely and confidential reporting of any suspicious activities. It provides clear guidance on how concerns can be raised, ensuring they are addressed promptly and without fear of retaliation. Types of reportable misconduct via Whistleblowing channels will include but are not limited to:

  • Unethical, illegal, or dishonest conduct
  • Corruption, bribery, or blackmail
  • Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
  • Persistent violations of the Bank’s internal rules and Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
  • Manipulation of product sales to meet targets or gain incentives
  • Falsification or destruction of financial records
  • Misuse or misappropriation of Bank’s assets or funds
  • Actions endangering the health and safety of individuals
  • Harassment, victimization, or bullying
  • Discrimination in any form
  • Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information
  • Theft of proprietary or confidential data
  • Involvement in or suspicion of criminal activities, including money laundering or terrorism financing
  • Retaliation against individuals reporting concerns in good faith
  • Deliberate attempts to conceal any of the above misconducts
